Troubleshooting and Use Cases
What is Adenty?
Adenty is an identity resolution platform that provides a comprehensive toolset for working and interacting with website audiences throughout their entire lifecycle. The plugin includes built-in solutions and supports custom use cases for cookieless visitor tracking, visitor recognition, identity resolution, data collection, enrichment and smart activation for marketing and product teams. Because Adenty can recognize audiences across sites and devices with proper attribution, it enables precise targeting of valuable prospects at any stage of their journey across channels. Adenty can operate as a standalone solution or as an orchestrator that integrates seamlessly into an existing MarTech stack and supports deployments across different regions and markets.
What problems do we solve?
The plugin closes gaps left by cookie-based tracking and delayed systems. Teams gain continuous cross-site and cross-device profile data. This reduces wasted ad spend and improves audience reuse across campaigns. Adenty also enables real-time interaction with visitors while they are on the website using accumulated and enriched data from multiple sources. This allows teams to deliver more relevant experiences, increase loyalty and drive higher conversions. The toolkit supports consistent audience understanding across regions and helps brands activate valuable prospects with proper attribution. This includes data accumulated from previous sessions. Beyond filling analytics gaps, Adenty addresses the challenge of building a complete visitor profile and acting on it before the visitor becomes identified.
Who should consider Adenty?
E-commerce, hospitality, booking, telecom, media groups, advertising and marketing b2b teams, that need real-time visitor tracking, anonymous visitor identification, audience collection, profile building, and data activation across sites and devices. These capabilities help companies deliver more relevant experiences that can lead to measurable conversion lift as a direct outcome of better audience understanding.
How does Adenty differ from other tracking tools?
Tools like Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, Mixpanel or Hotjar focus on aggregated reports, dashboards and delayed insights. Adenty works differently because it is a client-side plugin that collects real-time visitor data, resolves identities and builds profile-level context for immediate activation. This gives teams capabilities that traditional analytics tools do not provide. Adenty captures up to 30% more pageviews than GA4 thanks to stable identity tracking and restored client-side data. Beyond pageview recovery, Adenty detects up to 3x more returning visitors and collects over 2x more usable data per profile compared to classical tracking tools.
The platform not only captures raw interactions but also enriches them with signals from multiple sources including the client’s CDP or other storages. Adenty can deliver this combined data to different destinations in its original form for further processing and analysis.
How Adenty differs from other activation tools?
Activation tools such as Segment, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze or HubSpot Workflows trigger actions after they receive an event, which means activation usually happens after the visitor has already left the page. Adenty works differently because it’s a client-side plugin that can activate user data during the active session. The plugin consolidates signals, identifies visitors and builds live profile data that can be used instantly, allowing teams to react in real time instead of post-factum. This closes the gap between understanding visitor behavior and acting on it at the exact moment it matters.
Paywalls, as one type of on-site activation, increase conversion by up to 50% in real product deployments. This is a direct result of acting on visitor data at the right moment, during the session.
Does Adenty work without predefined integrations?
Yes. Adenty works with any API-accessible source, which means you are not limited to working with only predefined integrations. The platform supports different integration types depending on your workflow. You can use connectors to enrich profiles or deliver data, third-party systems that participate at any point in the visitor-processing flow, or custom API endpoints for advanced setups. This keeps your stack flexible and avoids assumptions about how your tools should be connected.
How to get started with Adenty?
Pick a plan on the Pricing page and install the initialization script or GTM tag on your site(s). After installation Adenty begins real-time website visitor tracking and building profile. Insights appear rightaway in the Dashboard for activation and reporting.
How to install Adenty and what options are available?
No complex integration. A typical Adenty setup takes around 10 minutes and requires only basic technical skills. Adenty supports three install options: HTML snippet, Google Tag and white-label JS. Choose the option that fits your stack and deployment model. Documentation includes step-by-step examples.
How can I integrate with Adenty to use its outputs?
Use the public JS object “Adenty” to read its data layer, including stable Visitor ID, Profile data, Adenty Stable storage. In the same layer you will also find visitor type, fraud-related attributes, device and geo information, as well as data delivered from external integrations. You can use these IDs and attributes directly in your client-side logic or subscribe to Adenty signals to react in real time while the visitor is still on the site or configure reaction within Adenty.
For persistent identity and stable client-side storage, Adenty provides Adenty Stable Storage, available in JS through the adenty.astorage object. It keeps identity keys and stored attributes consistent even if browser storage is cleared.
Raw behavioral data can also be delivered directly to a configured storage or system. For post-session analysis in familiar tools, data can be exported as CSV. These are separate interaction mechanics: the Adenty data layer is for live interactivity during the session; CSV export supports post-analysis and offline activation.
What tools and systems can Adenty integrate with?
Adenty works as a client-side plugin and integrates with a wide range of tools across analytics, activation, advertising and data infrastructure. Adenty supports server-side integrations with systems such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, Leadfeeder, Bytek Tag, server-side APIs and other third-party endpoints. Upcoming integrations include HubSpot CRM and Zoho CRM.
Beyond built-in connectors, Adenty can integrate with almost any platform through its API-based modules. This allows you to send events, enrich profiles or deliver raw data without custom coding or predefined limitations.
Adenty also supports front-end integrations used for real-time activation during the active session. You can connect Adenty to tools such as Comandor, paywall systems, webchats, ad systems, and other client-side products that react to visitor behavior instantly.
Integrations can be configured through modules like A-API, A-Signals and tag extensions, which allow you to track user and send data, enrich profiles or trigger external workflows in real time.
Can Adenty be integrated with Google Analytics?
Yes. Adenty can send events to Google Analytics to enrich your existing metrics with cookieless visitor tracking signals. Thanks to this integration, Adenty helps solve the problem of incomplete and inaccurate GA4 analytics by recognizing up to 3x more returning visitors and sending to GA4 account additional signals of a visitor behavior. Adenty overall captures up to 30% more pageviews compared to GA4. This integration allows Adenty to keep Google Analytics as your familiar analysis interface and primary reporting tool, improving it with more data and quality.
Can Adenty be integrated with Auth providers?
Adenty provides emulation of Auth integration out of the box. Integration with additional Auth providers requires custom development and is available for Enterprise plan customers.
Does Adenty support white-label installation?
Yes. Adenty supports two levels of white-label installation depending on your plan.
On the Activator Pro plan, you get a partial white-label option. In this case Adenty solution is integrated deeply into the client’s codebase, although some Adenty traces remain. These traces include the source of the loaded resources and the file name. This option works well for agencies and partners that need advanced integration but do not require full brand removal.
On the Enterprise plan, you get a complete white-label option. The solution is fully embedded into the client’s codebase and does not leave any Adenty references. The resource origin and file names are fully aligned with the client’s brand. This option is designed for large-scale deployments that require full control over branding and a seamless integration experience.
Both levels allow agencies and partners to deploy visitor-tracking technology at scale while keeping the brand experience consistent.
What is typical install time and complexity?
Most teams can complete the initial setup in 10 to 30 minutes, especially when starting with the core Identity Resolution module. As the solution becomes more advanced and additional modules are added, the installation timeline can extend to several hours or up to a couple of days. For complex configuration we offer assistance to make it maximum smooth and fast. The overall duration depends on the complexity of the modular setup, the number of components you enable and any custom requirements such as authentication or enrichment logic. Enterprise deployments will require additional time for custom configuration and internal approvals.

For organizations that require full isolation and maximum control, the Enterprise plan provides the option to deploy Adenty inside the client’s own Azure environment. This setup allows you to store all data within your private Azure infrastructure, maintain complete ownership of the data and apply your internal security policies without relying on shared resources.
This approach ensures that Adenty can operate in both shared and fully isolated environments depending on your compliance, governance and security needs.
How does Adenty improve retargeting performance?
Adenty improves retargeting performance by restoring identity and increasing the share of warm returning-user traffic that your tools can act on. Most retargeting platforms lose visibility when cookies expire, storage resets or users switch devices. Adenty maintains a persistent visitor ID across domains, devices and environments, which stabilizes the identifiers your retargeting stack relies on. This gives your existing tools a larger, cleaner and more consistent audience to retarget, without replacing your current setup.
Adenty detects up to 3x more returning users than standard analytics tools, which means a significantly larger share of your existing traffic becomes available for remarketing and personalization.
How does Adenty handle data collection and enrichment?
Adenty collects real-time event signals, session interactions and behavior and data attributes available on your site. These signals are processed during the active session and combined with identity data from client-side sources, server-side systems and cross-context indicators. As the data flows in, Adenty enriches each visitor profile on the fly, expanding it with fresh attributes from all connected sources. This creates a broader, continuously updated view of the visitor that supports more accurate segmentation, stronger activation and higher match rates across your MarTech tools.
Thanks to stable visitor recognition, Adenty collects over 2x more data per profile compared to classical tracking instruments, giving teams richer profiles for more precise segmentation and activation.
Adenty can stream enriched signals into your CDP, BigQuery, GA, any storage with API interface or act as a built-in data layer for real-time activation, ensuring that every connected system operates on consistent, enriched and storage-independent visitor identities.

Can I delete my data on request?
Yes. Follow the data deletion flow described in the Privacy Policy and use the site controls for data removal. Adenty also removes unused data automatically. Any data that has not been accessed or used for more than one year is deleted without leaving traces. This ensures that long-term retention is minimized and that your data lifecycle remains compliant and privacy-safe.
What is cookieless tracking and how does it work on my site?
Without relying on Browser cookies, Adenty combines device and server metrics, mixes in user link signals to build Adenty Id Graphand maintain persistent visitor identification for cross-site and cross-device continuity. This allows to capture event-based interactions and more session signals without relying on browser cookies.
How does Adenty’s cookieless tracking affect performance and compliance?
Adenty loads, inits and runs asynchronously in several streams to minimize page load speed impact, metrics and Core Web Vitals so customer experience remains intact. It refines the conditions to decide which resources to retrieve, uses multi-layer caching, and accelerates the internal processing and activation logic for each visitor. This combination results in faster initialization, more efficient resource handling and processing, leading to a smoother experience across all supported environments.
More than that, Adenty provides to Clients a performance-optimization toolkit that helps to improve the loading performance of your site. It can manage the sequence and timing of when resources are delivered and ensures that critical elements appear at the right moment. This enhances initial page responsiveness and stabilizes the user experience during the first seconds of the visit.
Compliance wise Adenty support consent modes and opt-in controls and offer regional server placement. See Privacy Policy and Documentation foqr details.
What is Adenty’s real-time activation?
Adenty’s real-time data activation uses live signals to trigger on-site actions during an active session. These actions respond to user behavior instantly and help personalize the experience at the moment it matters. Supported activation tools include pop-ups, banners, paywalls, LiveChat, AI Assistants like Comandor, interest-based recommendations, localized pricing and custom actions that you can trigger using JS, or API calls.
Paywalls as a type of activation have shown conversion growth of up to 50% in real product tests, making them one of the highest-impact activation tools available in the Adenty toolkit.
Real-time activation supports event-based triggers and direct JS-method calls, which allow you to trigger external tools, running on your site. This ensures that each visitor receives the right action at the right moment based on their live behavior.
What anonymization measures does Adenty bypass?
Adenty recognizes returning visitors even when common anonymization steps are used. This includes incognito mode, VPN, IP changes, cleared cookies, cleared local storage and cleared browser cache. Adenty also works reliably in secure and privacy-focused browsers such as Tor and Brave, as well as in environments where browser storage is restricted or fully disabled.
How does anonymous visitor tracking work?
Anonymous visitor tracking works by collecting real-time event signals and session-level interactions without relying on cookies or browser storage. Adenty analyzes these signals during the active session and generates a stable visitor profile that persists across visits, devices and domains. The system evaluates technical attributes, behavioral patterns and cross-context signals to maintain a consistent visitor ID even when cookies are cleared, storage is blocked or the visitor uses privacy-focused environments.
The toolkit merges data from multiple sources and unifies them into a single profile. This allows Adenty to recognize returning users, link sessions across domains and support cross-device continuity without depending on traditional identifiers. The result is a persistent, storage-independent visitor identity that powers real-time activation, audience enrichment and cross-site recognition.
Can Adenty identify anonymous visitors and how accurately?
Currently, Adenty’s accuracy is up to 99%. The plugin combines device and server metrics, deterministic signals, probabilistic matching and partner enrichment to reach high match rates without relying on cookies.
Which types of fraud does Adenty detect?
Adenty detects VPN usage and multi-device anomalies that may indicate account sharing or takeover. Alerts include suspicious visitor ID and anomaly type so teams can review and act.
How are traffic anomalies reported and acted upon?
Alerts are triggered as user Signals (Browser events). Every alert includes suspicious visitor ID and anomaly type. You can route alerts to your dashboards or downstream systems for review and analysis or react on it rightaway as per configured logic.
Does Adenty support cross-site visitor identification?
Yes. Adenty supports cross-site visitor identification by default. The system maintains a persistent visitor ID that works across domains, allowing it to recognize the same user even when sites have different names and Browser storage. Сross-site continuity is enabled automatically through Adenty’s real-time signals and identity logic.
Does Adenty support cross-device visitor identification?
Yes. Adenty supports cross-device visitor identification when device linking signals are configured. These signals connect visits from different devices and browsers into one stable profile by evaluating real-time technical attributes, and cross-context indicators. As a result, Adenty can recognize the same visitor across laptops, phones and tablets and maintain a persistent identity even when traditional identifiers fail.
What is an Actionable CDP (Customer Data Platform) and how does Adenty support it?
The Adenty Actionable CDP unifies fragmented data into visitor profiles and makes this information immediately usable during the active session. Adenty resolves identity, enriches profiles in real-time and maintains a persistent visitor ID that works across sessions, domains, and devices . The platform can stream enriched signals into your existing CDP, GA or other custom destination that supports API for further processing or operate as a built-in Adenty data layer that supports instant activation without waiting for batch processing.
How is PII (Personally Identifiable Information) handled and what about opt-in enrichment?
PII enrichment is opt-in under client agreements. Clients control enrichment, consent flows and data residency. We respect data ownership and regional rules.
Does Adenty replace my existing retargeting tools?
No. Adenty works as a plugin that strengthens your current retargeting setup and improves it’s performance by resolving stable identity, increasing the amount of returning audience on your site, and at the end providing real-time signals that your existing tools can consume through your internal systems or activation logic.
Besides being the signal issuer, Adenty in near future will be delivering collected audience directly into well-known and widely used platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or TikTok, that will be running performance marketing.
What problems does ID Bridging solve?
ID Bridging solves the problem of fragmented identifiers that appear across tools, devices and sessions. Most systems generate short-lived, isolated IDs that cannot be merged into a single returning-user profile. Adenty connects these identifiers by combining different 3rd party vendor keys under Adenty Persistent ID. Because all identifiers are anchored to the Persistent ID, the combined profile remains stable and available for a longer period, even when cookies expire, storage resets or vendor IDs reset. This gives teams more durable and more reliable and long lasting view of each visitor.
How does ID Bridging work with my existing MarTech tools?
ID Bridging connects user identifiers from various 3rd party martech tools under Adenty Persistent Id, without changing your current data flow.
By merging identifiers from multiple sources, Adenty can enrich visitor profile in real-time with the freshest and widest set of attributes available across your stack. This creates a wide and always up-to-date view of the visitor that allows more precise user data activation, stronger segmentation and higher match rates across all connected tools.
Does ID Bridging require changes to my tracking setup?
No. ID Bridging works as a plugin layer that unifies and restores identity keys without modifying your existing tracking scripts or event structure. It enhances your current setup by providing a stable, cross-tool identity that you can immediately use.
Can Adenty extend Google Analytics data with visitor events?
Adenty can send events to Google Analytics to enrich existing dimensions and improve it’s attribution. Moreover, Adenty improves the volume and quality of the data delivered there. The toolkit provides significantly stronger returning visitor identification with accuracy that is 3× higher compared to GA4 and other analytics tools. This allows teams to recognize warm audiences more reliably and work with them more effectively. The returning visitor signal can be forwarded to GA4 for deeper analysis and segmentation. Use Adenty to enhance visitor analytics and attribution accuracy while keeping traffic metrics in GA4 unchanged.
Adenty also delivers up to 30% more pageviews compared to what GA4 captures on its own, solving the persistent problem of underreported traffic in cookie-restricted environments.
Why am I not seeing live events? Why are some visitors not identified?
All visitors are identified during every visit where Adenty snippet was successfully executed. Check that the snippet is installed and that your subscription is active in Billing section. Verify consent settings for EU visitors. If consent is blocked, events will be suppressed. Also confirm regional server routing and data residency settings.
How to measure conversion lift with Adenty?
Adenty calculates metrics that reflect the uplift in returning-user recognition and conversion rate. Our team can help configure tracking and measurement so that your validation setup and results are accurate.
In future releases, Adenty will include built-in tools for before-and-after comparisons to simplify lift measurement.
How to measure audience structure difference with Adenty?
Our team can assist configuring proper measurement.
Adenty can measure audience structure differences across different analytics tools by tracking proper attributes. Key metrics include user type, user id, recognition duration . In recent client analytics, Adenty recognised 2.7× more returning visitors, achieved 1.6× better overall recognition and maintained recognition 2.3× longer than cookies or IP-based methods.
These results show that Adenty can deliver a larger engaged audience, that will be longer avaialable for further activation and conversion.
What makes Adenty’s Identity Resolution different from other tools?
Most tools rely on cookies or server-side identifiers not counting its persistency. Adenty do not rely on cookies. It has its own stable storage that is persistent across sessions and devices, even in incognito mode, under VPN or within secure browsers, Adenty builds Id-Graph for each Visitor. Nodes of this Graph are either stable identifiers, or temporary ones that are considered within a limited time range during Id is reliable. On top of that Adenty adds to the Graph configured identity signals from sessions. And lastly, Adenty applies probabalistic matching for edge cases. This all keeps recognition stable even in cookieless enviroments and completely incognito modes.
Recognition accuracy reaches up to 99%, including in the most restricted browser environments such as Tor, Brave and cleared-storage sessions.
How does Adenty improve cross-site and cross-device retargeting?
Adenty uses a calculated persistent identity that stays stable across sessions, devices and browsers. This allows to retarget visitors even when cookies reset or storage is cleared, which is not possible with traditional pixel-based retargeting. With Adenty, brands recognize up to 3x more returning users, which significantly improves audience continuity across devices and browsers.
How do I validate warm audience recognition performance?
You can validate real-time visitor recognition by comparing the share of returning-user sessions before and after enabling Adenty. Standard analytics tools identify only a small portion of warm traffic, while Adenty recognizes up to 3x more returning users in most environments. This comparison shows how much reusable warm traffic becomes visible and how much audience was previously lost as anonymous sessions.
Adenty can calculate metrics that measure the uplift in returning-user recognition and the resulting increase in reusable warm traffic. Our team can help configure tracking and measurement so that your validation setup is accurate, consistent and easy to compare with your baseline.
Why is B2B visitor identification lower across multiple sites?
B2B visitor identification is usually lower when same visitor comes to a several independent sites. Each site creates its own cookies and local identifiers, which prevents most tools from linking sessions into one returning-user profile journey. Different sites may use different identification vendors, and their IDs cannot be merged into a single visitor without additional signals or id-bridging. Cross-site traffic often comes from different devices or browsers, which makes recognition even harder because traditional identifiers cannot connect these sessions.
Adenty solves this problem. Out of the box it recognizes users across domains. Additionally using cross-device signals Adenty can link visits from different devices and browsers into one stable profile. All that allows Adenty to recognize returning users consistently and maintain the connection over time, even when cookies, storage or vendor IDs differ across sites.
What business outcomes can B2B teams expect?
Adenty turns anonymous sessions into actionable profiles and live signals that sales and marketing can use immediately. Typical, measurable outcomes include higher lead discovery, faster qualification, improved on-site conversion, better attribution, and reduced wasted ad spend. Adenty improves the quality of visitor data and the effectiveness of activation. Even though Adenty increases warm returning audience traffic for interaction, it doesn’t create additional site traffic.
Adenty helps B2B teams solve the recurring challenges of fragmented data, lost audience potential, and missing opportunity of live activation. When companies struggle to recognize returning visitors or connect insights across tools, Identity Resolution and ID Bridging unify profiles and make them reusable across analytics, CRM and advertising systems. For teams that face incomplete or low-quality data, Data Collection and Enrichment expands the depth of each profile and improves targeting precision.
When remarketing efficiency drops or campaigns fail to reach warm audiences, Retargeting and Data Activation enable real-time engagement through signals and triggers that connect directly to marketing and product tools. For organizations that need a single operational layer, Actionable CDP consolidates data flows and supports activation across domains such as Marketing & MarTech, Advertising & AdTech, Media & Publishing, eCommerce, and Data Platforms.
Integration is seamless using our custom-built extensions , which integrates external systems without low effort and allows front-end or API-based control of activation modules. Together these solutions turn anonymous visitors into actionable profiles, increase revenue and improve conversion efficiency across every B2B workflow.
How to troubleshoot / act on fraud detection alerts for international visitors?
You can troubleshoot fraud detection alerts by reviewing thresholds and anomaly rules. Each alert contains the suspicious visitor ID and the anomaly type. VPN usage and multi device patterns are common for cross border traffic. You can route alerts to dashboards or downstream systems for regional review and remediation. Thresholds are configurable so they can match local traffic behavior and reduce false positives.
Adenty fires all fraud alerts as signals. You can subscribe to these signals and trigger an immediate reaction on the site. For example, if the system detects VPN usage or incognito mode, you can show a message that asks the visitor to switch to a normal session and pause the system until the visitor complies. This allows you to enforce rules in real time and maintain a controlled and compliant experience.
What impact can fraud detection have on revenue protection?
Adenty’s fraud detection protects revenue by identifying users who attempt to bypass access rules or exploit subscription models. A media group eliminated paywall evasion and increased conversions by 35 % after enabling anonymity-resistant recognition and fraud controls.
Fraud detection also prevents subscription sharing. When one subscriber distributes access to multiple people, the publisher loses potential revenue from users who should have individual accounts. Adenty detects these cases and can trigger custom actions such as a personalized offer that encourages each participant to convert at a lower individual price. This approach protects revenue while keeping the user experience positive and compliant.
What are common integration patterns?
Common integration patterns include streaming events into your CDP, using the built-in data layer for session-level activation and exporting data into your warehouse for analytics. Adenty also supports direct delivery to warehouses, which simplifies export workflows and reduces the need for custom pipelines.
For more detailed guidance, see the questions in the Integration FAQ.
Which KPIs can be improved and which on-site actions drive the biggest lift?
Conversion rate, average order value and direct purchases. Contextual LiveChat and localized pricing often show strong lift. A hotel network increased direct bookings by 20% after real-time activation, identity resolution and targeted on-site offers.
Paywalls as an activation type have shown conversion growth of up to 50% in real product tests. A media group also eliminated paywall evasion and grew conversions by 35% after deploying anonymity-resistant recognition.
For related details on activation impact and audience behavior, see ‘How does Adenty handle data collection and enrichment?’.
How does Adenty improve audience reuse?
Adenty improves audience reuse by consolidating profile data and enabling real-time activation across your campaigns. The toolkit identifies a significantly larger share of returning visitors compared to standard analytics tools. In most environments Adenty detects 3x more returning warm users, which means that a much larger portion of your existing traffic becomes available for remarketing and personalization instead of being lost as anonymous sessions.
This expanded identifiable audience directly increases the volume of segments you can reuse across campaigns. A media group used this capability to expand remarketing reach from 5% to 95% and converted previously anonymous traffic into paying subscribers. You can explore similar outcomes in Adenty case studies.
How to prioritize leads from anonymous traffic?
Use intent signals around gathered and enriched visitor profiles surfing on your site. Logic as well as thresholds of signals are configurable to reduce false alarms. Signals can be delivered to CRM (for further sscoring) or any other destination storage with API available (for analysis and processing). Our SaaS client converted limited traffic into 120 new users and 45% more conversions using Adenty identity resolution and prioritization.
What measurable gains can I expect after switching to cookieless tracking? How to validate cookieless tracking coverage?
Results vary by site and inputs. Compare identifiable sessions, returning-user recognition and match rates before and after deployment. A DMP tripled its addressable audience and deepened profiles twofold after deploying Adenty.
With cookieless tracking through Adenty, teams typically see three compounding improvements: a 3x increase in recognized returning users (expanding the warm audience available for activation), richer and deeper visitor profiles from 2x more collected data per session, and higher activation quality thanks to those richer profiles, enabling more precise targeting, personalization and conversion.
Can cookieless tracking support ecommerce recovery flows?
Yes. Our e-commerce client reduced cart abandonment by 13% and recovered $2M in revenue after Adenty enabled buyer behavior tracking, data collection and live on-site activation.
Which on-site actions show the strongest and most consistent lift?
Adenty can confidently highlight actions that repeatedly deliver measurable results across projects. Contextual LiveChat and localized pricing often show the highest lift because they react to real-time visitor intent. In one case, a hotel network increased direct bookings by 20% after enabling identity resolution and targeted on-site offers. Personalized on-site actions powered by Adenty have shown up to 50% conversion growth in real product tests, especially when combined with identity-based targeting.
Paywalls are a particularly effective activation layer: a media group grew conversions by 35% after deploying Adenty’s anonymity-resistant recognition and paywall enforcement.
